about Kristiann Wightman
“The thing always happens that you really
believe in; and the belief in a thing makes it happen” ~ Frank Loyd Wright
Kristiann Wightman established Presidio Properties in Santa Barbara, CA and has been serving clients in Santa Barbara County since 2002. Presidio Properties’ name was influenced by the historical landmarks in California called “presidios” or “royal forts”, some of which are located in the cities of Santa Barbara, Monterey, San Diego and San Francisco. The name was chosen for its historical significance as it pertains to the history of the original Spanish colonies in California whose building design, architecture, color, and beautiful paintings ultimately influenced the home designs in California. The presidio was a fortress or guard built by the Spanish in the early to late 1700’s. They protected the missions and settlers against foreign invasion and attacks, and provided a cultural and social center. Just as presidios are a deep-rooted part of California history, Presidio Properties strives to create long lasting business relationships by holding high esteem for clients and their interests, before, during and after their real estate transactions.
Since 2002, Presidio Properties’ mission has been to serve clients through grounded business practices, as well as “out of the box” creative thinking and stylized, personal approach to client service. Understanding clients’ needs and keeping them informed during their real estate transaction is top priority. Going above and beyond to ensure clients are receiving excellent service is imperative.
“Whatever good things we build ends up building us”
~ Julia Morgan
